• By placing an order through OakleafStoves.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use the site or access its content.
• OakleafStoves.com will sell and you, the buyer, will purchase products based on any accepted written, electronic, or verbal order, subject to these conditions. These terms supersede any other conditions unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any variation to these terms (including special agreements) must be approved in writing by OakleafStoves.com’s Managing Director or an authorized representative.
• OakleafStoves.com reserves the right to correct any typographical, clerical, or other errors in any sales materials, quotes, price lists, or invoices without incurring liability.
• If any part of these conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Product Images & Descriptions

• All measurements and sizes are approximate. If an error occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely reflect the actual product.
• Colours may vary slightly from those shown online.
• If product specifications change, we will provide a similar or superior substitute at no additional cost, where applicable

 Pricing

• Prices are correct at the time of publication.
• All prices include VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%).
• OakleafStoves.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
• Prices are subject to errors and omissions.
• All prices are in GBP (£).
• Delivery charges apply to all orders and vary depending on the product and quantity. Please check for accurate delivery costs.

Offers & Acceptance

• A binding contract is formed when you receive confirmation from OakleafStoves.com via email, phone, or other agreed means that your order has been accepted.
• Except for consumers, products are considered accepted 7 working days after delivery.
• Once accepted, products cannot be rejected if they conform to the contract terms.
• Once accepted, OakleafStoves.com will not be liable for any issues with the product.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Product Supply

• You are responsible for ensuring the products are suitable for your needs.
• OakleafStoves.com reserves the right to refuse supply at its discretion.

Payment

• Full payment is required when placing an order.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, except American Express. No fees are charged for credit card payments.
• If paying by Klarna, once the purchase has been completed any payments will be dealt with by Klarna.

Product Availability

• All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable substitute if possible, subject to your agreement.
• Product specifications may change to meet regulatory requirements without affecting performance.
• If no substitute is available, the transaction will be void, and payment will be refunded.
• OakleafStoves.com is not liable for any costs incurred due to product unavailability or delays.
• We are not responsible for delays or unavailability of items.

Force Majeure

• Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or supply shortages.
• OakleafStoves.com reserves the right to delay or cancel orders in such cases without liability.

Order Cancellations & Returns

• Under Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order at any time before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, excluding return postage costs.
• You may return items within 28 days of receipt, but a restocking fee of 10–20% may apply, depending on the item. Special orders are non-returnable. Return transport costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly it is your responsibility to return the items at your cost. When returning items, please include all of the manufacturers original packaging and repackage using suitably protective materials to ensure that the items arrive with us in a re-saleable condition.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the goods being returned.

Delivery

• We aim to deliver within 1- 3 working days, though some items may take longer if out of stock.
• Deliveries occur between 9 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
• OakleafStoves.com is not liable for delays or resulting losses due to failure to deliver.
• Goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or older.
• Delivery is to the curb side. Placement of goods is at the driver's discretion. Stoves cannot be delivered over gravel or uneven surfaces, so please arrange alternative delivery points if necessary.
• Orders to Scotland or other islands will incur additional delivery charges.
• Delivery quotes are valid for 10 days from the date provided.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damage should be reported immediately to the delivery driver.
• We cannot guarantee replacements for items signed as ‘unchecked’ or ‘in good condition’ but later found to be damaged.
• OakleafStoves.com accepts no liability for goods repaired without our prior inspection or authority.
• Goods must be returned in original packaging.
• In cases where a replacement delivery cannot resolve the issue, we reserve the right to refund and cancel the order.

Title & Risk

• Risk passes to you upon delivery.
• Ownership of goods remains with OakleafStoves.com until full payment is received.

Privacy & Security

• Your personal details are securely stored. We do not share your information with third parties.
• Payment details are encrypted using 128-bit encryption and transmitted via a secure server. We do not store credit card details or share them with third parties.

Use of Our Site

• OakleafStoves.com provides its site on an "as is" basis and disclaims any warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• OakleafStoves.com will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its site, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Representations

No statements made verbally or in writing override these terms unless explicitly agreed in writing by OakleafStoves.com.

Consequential Loss

OakleafStoves.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, except as required by law.

Warranty & Liability

• All stoves come with a stated manufacturer’s warranty.
• Stove warranty will only cover the stove body only.
• OakleafStoves.com will assist you in claiming under the manufacturer’s warranty if needed.
• OakleafStoves.com does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.
