We strive to dispatch all in-stock products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Most items are shipped using a next working day delivery service. Our deliveries are handled by some of the UK’s most reliable and reputable couriers.

Large Items – Pallet Deliveries
If you’ve ordered a stove, it will arrive via a pallet delivery service. This is a curbside delivery, meaning the driver will deliver the pallet as close to your property as possible, depending on factors such as driveway surface or accessibility. Please note, due to insurance restrictions, drivers are unlikely to bring the stove inside your property. In most cases, delivery is made on the next working day from dispatch. Areas such as the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands may experience longer delivery times.

If you require special assistance during delivery, if your property has restricted access, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact us in advance. We offer a variety of flexible delivery options and are happy to assist.

Please note that stoves are heavy and will be delivered on a pallet to your driveway or pathway.

Before your delivery, you will receive an email with details about the scheduled delivery date. At the time of delivery, you will typically be asked to sign for the item as received in good condition. We recommend inspecting the item for any signs of damage upon delivery, and if any issues are found, please report them within 24 hours. Avoid removing the stove from the pallet or moving it indoors until you have confirmed its condition and reported any problems to us.
